Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the ER Unite website collects, how it is used, and how to contact us about it.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how ER Unite (“ER Unite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website. It applies only to this website and the contact form on it.
We aim to collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries. This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking tools.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Company name (optional)
- Area of interest (optional)
- Your message
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as financial or identification details, in your message.
Information collected automatically
To limit spam and repeated submissions, the contact form temporarily records a one-way hashed (non-readable) version of the IP address used to submit the form, together with the time of submission. Records older than one hour are automatically removed the next time the form is used, and they are not used for any other purpose.
Like most websites, the servers of our website hosting provider may also automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs are part of normal web server operation.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information you provide through the contact form to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it
- Understand the operational support you are looking for
- Keep a reasonable record of our correspondence
- Protect the contact form from spam and abuse
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. How Form Submissions Are Processed
Contact form submissions are handled by this website’s own server. We do not use a third-party form service.
When you submit the form, the server checks the information and sends it by email to ER Unite’s business inbox at erunitedmanag@gmail.com. That inbox is provided by Google (Gmail), so the email is delivered to and stored by that email service. The website itself does not save your submission in a database.
7. Data Retention
Inquiry emails are kept in our business inbox for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see “Your Choices” below). Rate-limiting records are removed as described in section 2.
8. Your Choices
You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you from your inquiry, to request a correction, or to request that we delete it. Send your request to erunitedmanag@gmail.com, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through this website, including server-side checks on form submissions and restricting web access to the form’s configuration files. However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
12. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, contact ER Unite at erunitedmanag@gmail.com or through our contact page.
